A note about file names & locations:

The safest way to download the files is right-click and "Save as...". Some template files have the same name, so make sure you know which template is which. (For example, the create ticket and create attachment template both have the same name, but are installed in different directories.) The file locations listed below assume a default Linux installation of Bugzilla to '/var/www/html/'.
