FAX24 Usage Statistics

Westminster has two Fax24 machines. The first one was installed at College Hill Library on January 2nd, 2014. The second was installed at Irving Street on April 30th, 2014.

USAGE TIMELINE:

**2017: local faxing on public service copiers at College Hill and Irving Street was enabled. Fax24 machines are still used for long distance faxing needs.

**2020: Due to the global pandemic as a result of the COVID19 virus, the library was closed completely to the public beginning on March 14, 2020.

**2021: The Fax 24 machines were pulled from service before the library opened for limited computer use in September. The machines remain out-of-service for all of 2021.

**2022: The Fax 24 machine at Irving Street was returned to service on 1/20/22. The machine at College Hill was moved to a new location and returned to service in February.

**2023-4:The Fax 24 machine at Irving Street was down due to a lack of receipt paper from October - mid-February.
